Monday- Mission Assembly
Led by SLT, Mission Assemblies are where children listen to the Sunday Gospel reading and have its meaning and importance shared.
Tuesday- Key Stage 2 Assembly
Often led by Mrs Madia, the Key Stage assemblies are an opportunity to focus on a topic the children must be aware of.
Thursday- Key Stage 1 Assembly
Again, a chance for Mrs Madia to discuss areas of school life that are relevant for the younger pupils.
Friday-Gifts of God Assembly
Staff nominate children for a 'Special Mention' where pupils are given a badge in recognition of their efforts in the previous week.
Once a week, classes partake in collective worship and share a prayer service.
Maths and English.
Length of lessons are depend on teacher discretion and the content of lessons. Key Stage One will also have a separate Phonics lesson.
R.E. Taught for 2 1/2 hrs a week
History/ Geography taught weekly
Science taught weekly
PSHE taught in half hour slots
Latin taught in half hour slots
Computing is taught in allocated slots, using the school laptops
P.E. is taught twice a week- one session is led by FDS staff
