Bedtime Story Evening

12 February 2015

On Thursday 12th February Reception and Key Stage 1 children came back to school after their tea, fully prepared in their onesies, pyjamas, dressing gowns and even had their teddies and blankets to listen to their favourite Bedtime Stories.

Some of our Year 6 children also came along to help, they had even written a little poem called 'Fun' that they shared with us.

The children enjoyed listening to the different stories read by teachers, teaching assistants and Nathan was very proud of his mummy reading 'Boys are Best'.

The PTA were on hand to provide delicious hot chocolate and snacks which the children really enjoyed.

Sister Susan played favourite action songs on the guitar and the children sang along and danced to them. All to soon it was time to go home, we really hope the children continue to enjoy reading at home and have as much fun as we did at Bedtime Stories!
