St Paul Production

July 2008

The children spent the Summer term focusing on the life and teaching of St Paul.

Weekly class assemblies took place to focus on St Paul's conversion, his missionary journeys with Silas and Barnabus, his time in prison and the shipwreck.

All this work culminated in our end of year production: St Paul, called The Apostle.

This was extremely well received by the whole school community including parents and governors. For the evening performance we were lucky enough to be joined by the Sisters of Charity of St Paul from Selly Park Convent which made it an extra special evening.

The Sisters thought it was wonderful and all the children did the school proud.

The music was lead by Sister Susan Collins, our Headteacher, who is from the Sisters of Charity of St Paul' Order. It was also lead by the Year 6 teacher, Melissa Bradburn.

Everyone agreed it was a fantastic ending to the school year.
