10 May 2016
On Tuesday 10th May, Year 5 was graced with a creative writing workshop that ran all afternoon. The workshop was run by Lucy and Natalie from Explore Learning. Engaging and inspiring, the workshop gave the children the opportunity to look at different genres of stories and gain stimulus to then create their own story.
All of their work will be entered into a national competition. The best piece of creative writing in Britain wins a trip to Disneyland Paris!
Eight regional winners will also be selected from the Birmingham and Solihull district.
The children worked hard on their ideas all afternoon in order to enter their pieces in the competition. We wish them the best of luck!
